Fluorite Powder Dryer

Fluorite powder comes from fluorite ore through crushing, grading and other processes. After fluorite powder is separated, the moisture content is very large. In order to facilitate transportation and increase the profit of the fluorite powder, the fluorite powder needs to be dried．

Dongding fluorite powder is mainly consists of feeder, rotary drum dryer, discharging machine, induced draft fan, cyclone dust collector and distribution cabinet, etc. The full fluorite powder drying plant can dry the fluorite powder from the moisture of about 30% to the moisture less than 8%, and final product with the particle size between 5~20mm.

The fluorite dryer system is not only used for drying materials with high water content and powdery bonded mass like fluorite powder, but also can dry the ore concentrates, iron ore powder, manganese ore powder, coal slime, etc. This drying system is widely used in building material, chemical, mineral processing, refractory and other industries.

Fluorite Powder Dryer Working Principle

The fluorite powder is fed into the fluorite powder dryer uniformly and continuously through the belt conveyor. The high-temperature hot air generated by the hot blast stove enters the fluorite powder dryer through the connecting pipeline, and contacts with the fluorite powder downstream. The disaggregation mechanism, movable grate wing plate, cleaning device and crushing and dispersing device inside the fluorite powder drying are used for mixing, advancing, and strengthening heat exchange of the fluorite powder, which can dry the wet fluorite powder to the final product with moisture about 8% and particle size of about 5-20mm.
