Raw Coal Dryer Introduction

The raw coal dryer is mainly used to dry materials with high moisture content and viscosity like clay, coal slime, sludge, desulfurization gypsum, excrement of livestock etc, also dry industrial materials with super dry requirement like phosphorus slag and quartz sand ororganic vinasse, medical slag, pomace, peat, straw feed, sawdust, biologicalpeat, etc. It has features like scientific structure, advanced process, excellent cost performance, explosion-proof and inflaming retarding, high productivity and good drying effect.

Raw Coal Dryer System

Firstly, the raw coal is crushed by the crushing machine, transported to the screw conveyor by the belt conveyor, then go into the rotary drum, after drying, most of the dry material will be discharged through the belt conveyor, the left material will go into the cyclone dust collector, where the dust will be collected, with the function of induced draft fan, the left material will discharged through the conveyor.
